At NZXT, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your high-performance gaming gear. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our Support Center and sign in to your account to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, including all cables, accessories, and manuals to ensure a smooth inspection process.

  Ship to NZXT

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
